Plagiarism Policy

TIK Ilmeu: Jurnal Ilmu Perpustakaan dan Informasi is committed to maintaining academic integrity and preventing plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using appropriate plagiarism detection software before entering the peer-review process.

Authors must ensure that their manuscripts are original, properly cite all sources, and do not contain plagiarism, duplicate publication, or significant overlap with previously published works. If plagiarism or other forms of academic misconduct are identified, the manuscript may be rejected or, if already published, subject to appropriate editorial action in accordance with the journal's publication ethics.

All submitted manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software, with a maximum similarity threshold of 20%. Manuscripts exceeding this threshold may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected.
