  1. Copyright Ownership

    • Authors who publish with Al-Falah: Journal of Islamic Economics retain copyright of their work but grant the journal the right of first publication. The published work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
    • The copyright remains with the authors, ensuring their control over future reuse while allowing widespread dissemination of their research.
  2. Author Rights
    Authors retain the following rights:

    • The right to share (e.g., archive in institutional repositories, personal websites, or social media platforms).
    • The right to reuse, adapt, distribute, and republish their work, provided proper credit is given to the original publication in Al-Falah: Journal of Islamic Economics.
    • The right to create derivative works based on the published article.
  3. Licensing Policy
    Al-Falah: Journal of Islamic Economics applies the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) to all published works. Under this license:

  4. Author Warranties
    By submitting to Al-Falah: Journal of Islamic Economics, authors confirm that:

    • Once an article is published, it cannot be withdrawn or retracted without a valid ethical or legal reason.
  6. Self-Archiving Policy
    Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit their work in institutional repositories, personal websites, or scholarly platforms, including:

    • Preprint versions before submission.
    • Accepted versions (after peer review but before final publication).
    • Published versions with proper attribution to Al-Falah: Journal of Islamic Economics.
  7. Plagiarism and Copyright Infringement

    • Al-Falah: Journal of Islamic Economics strictly prohibits plagiarism and copyright infringement.
    • Any detected cases of plagiarism or copyright violations will result in manuscript rejection, withdrawal, or retraction, as necessary.
  8. Third-Party Material
