To support open access publication and enhance the accessibility of research, this journal applies the following Article Publishing Charge (APC) policy:
APC Fees
- Implementation of APC Starting from Vol. 5 No. 1, 2025
Starting from this issue, the journal will implement the Article Publishing Charge (APC) policy for both domestic and international authors. The exact APC fee will be announced on January 1, 2025, via the official journal website.
APC Fee Exceptions:

Editors and Reviewers:
Editors and reviewers who have actively contributed to the advancement of this journal will be exempt from the obligation to pay the APC for their own articles, provided the article is submitted as the first author. This exception applies for up to two years after they have actively contributed to Arcitech. This is also a recognition of the dedication they have shown to Arcitech. -
Highly Reputable Authors:
Authors with a high reputation in research areas relevant to the aims and scope of this journal may be eligible for a discount or exemption from the APC based on the quality of the article submitted. Criteria for highly reputable authors include:- A track record of consistently publishing research articles in renowned and reputable journals within the last five years, either as the first author or corresponding author.
- An h-index greater than 5 in databases like Scopus or Web of Science.
- The submitted article must be as the first author in Arcitech.
- The article must have high substantive quality and be free from grammatical errors. This policy helps Arcitech acquire high-quality articles.
Transparency Policy
During the free APC period, all operational costs of the journal, including the peer review process, editing, and online publication, will be fully covered by the journal management. We are committed to maintaining transparency in journal management and ensuring the sustainability of the publication without compromising on quality.
We ensure that this policy will be implemented without affecting the objectivity of the review process or the quality of article publication.
