This journal does not charge authors for article submission (No Submission Fee). However, to cover production costs, it will charge an article publication fee (APC) to the author (only if the article has been accepted and approved for publication). The publication fee charged is $400 (four hundred USD) and includes:

 

1. Article review and editing fee,

 

2. DOI (Digital Object Identifier) registration fee,

 

3. Turnitin check fee, and

 

4. OJS domain rental and hosting fee.
