Focus and Scope

FOCUS The focus of AJIS : Academic Journal of Islamic Studies is to provide scientific article of islamic studies that developed in attendance through the article publications, research reports, and book reviews. SCOPE AJIS journal welcome papers from academicians on theories, philosophy, conceptual paradigms, academic research, as well as religion practices. In particular, papers which consider the following general topics are invited.

Peer Review Process

Every manuscript submitted to AJIS : Academic Journal of Islamic Studies is independently reviewed by at least two reviewers in the form of "blind peer review". Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. In certain cases, the editor may submit an article for review to another, third reviewer before making a decision, if necessary.

 

Publication Frequency

AJIS : Academic Journal of Islamic Studies publishes twice a year (June and December). Each issue number (issue) amounts to a minimum of five (5) the title.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Plagiarism Check

AJIS Editorial Board will ensure that every published article will not exceed 30% similarity Score. Plagiarism screening will be conducted by AJIS Editorial Board using Crossref Similarity Check (powered by iThenticate)

 

Journal Archiving

This journal utilizes the RJI Archive Journal System to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
