About the Journal

Al-Istinbath: Jurnal Hukum Islam is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by Institut Agama Islam Negeri Curup, Bengkulu, Indonesia. The journal is aimed at spreading the research results conducted by researchers, academicians, and practitioners in the field of Islamic Law. The articles of this journal are published bi-annually; May and November.

Al-Istinbath: Jurnal Hukum Islam has been accredited by the Decree of the General Director of Strengthening Research and Development, Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia.

CALL FOR PAPER 2025

Al-Istinbath : Jurnal Hukum Islam, This journal focuses on the study of Islamic jurisprudence and aims to accommodate and socialize the innovative and creative ideas of researchers, academics, and practitioners who are concerned in the field of Islamic Law. The managers invite scientists, scholars, professionals, and researchers in the discipline of Islamic Law to publish their research results after the selection mechanism of the manuscript, the review of the peer reviewer, and the editing process. Al-Istinbath Journal is published every January-May and July-November every year. The journal is published by Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Curup, online and printed twice a year, in May and November. The Editorial Board invites scientists, scholars, professionals, and researchers in the disciplines of the islamic law to publish the results of their research after the selection of manuscripts, with the peer review and the editing process.

All articles in this issue (20 original research articles) were authored/co-authored by 89 authors from 53 affiliations and 7 countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, Iraq, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan).
