Evaluasi Kinerja (Integrated Library Information System) IBRA sebagai Sarana Temu Kembali Informasi di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Sapen Hidayah, Nurrohmah Nurhayati, Anna Di era teknologi informasi saat ini, sistem informasi perpustakaan menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Seperti halnya sistem informasi penelusuran informasi (Integrated Library Information System) IBRA yang dapat membantu pemustaka mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian berjudul Evaluasi Kinerja (Integrated Library Information System) IBRA sebagai Sarana Temu Kembali Informasi di SD Muhammadiyah Sapen ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan 6 kreteria evaluasi temu kembali informasi menurut Salton dan McGill yang dikutip oleh Chownhulury, yaitu covererage of the collection (Cakupan Koleksi), precesion, Respon Time’s, (rentan waktu), Effort atau upaya pengguna, covererage of the collection ( Cakupan Koleksi), Penyajian data. Hasil penelitian Tingkat keefktifan kinerja IBRA dan proses mengunakan pendekatan subjek dan judul hasil menunujukan bahwa nilai precision memiliki nilai efektif. Sistem tidak menampilkan waktu perolehan data, Sedangkan dalam segi upaya pengguna dalam penggunaan IBRA masih kurang, tidak ditemukannya menu help. Selain itu Tampilan sistem temu kembali perpustakaan SD Muhammadiyah Sapen cukup menarik, sehingga penguna akan merasa senang dan nyaman ketika memggunakan OPAC. Cakupan koleksi yang ditampilkan IBRA cukup lengkap lengkap. Terdapat pdf, tampilan sampul, data bibliografi. Namun belum menampilkan abstrak. They are what factors determine the library users’ needs, how to formulate the ratio of the needs, how the formulation of the ratio of the needs for users of the State Islamic University of Curup and how the collection deviates from the needs. The type of this research is descriptive analysis research. The population of this research is the civitas academic of State Islamic University of Curup in 2017. The process of analysis is done by laying down descriptive concepts so that it could create a formula that can be used to measure the needs of library materials. The minimum amount of library material for the State Islamic University of Curup is 38,516 titles. The deviation occur because of collections damage, collection losses, out-of-date collections, the addition of the number of users, the development of university, and the lending to college employees who are not counted as library’s users.The Library of the State Islamic University of Curup still need to communicate well to its users so that what they need can be recorded and fulfilled by the library. Peran Perpustakaan IAIN Curup dalam Pengembangan Masyarakat Ilmiah Kampus Rodin, Rhoni Perpustakaan perguruan tinggi masyarakat ilmiah perpustakaan IAIN Curup The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the role of IAIN Curup’s library in the development of the campus scientific community. This study uses a qualitative approach, with qualitative descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are several things that have been done by the IAIN Curup’s Library to show its role in the development of the scientific community, namely providing e-resources; Online research skill training; form a library journal; hold regular FGD activities in the form of scientific discussions and knowledge sharing; and improvement of library facilities and infrastructure. Tabel Pokok Bahasan sebagai Alat Bantu Pencarian Buku Pelajaran di Perpustakaan Sekolah Menengah Atas Setiawan, Ezra Putranda Ismurjanti, Ismurjanti Buku Kurikulum Perpustakaan Sekolah Salah satu konsekuensi pergantian kurikulum di jenjang pendidikan dasar dan menengah adalah pergantian buku pelajaran yang akan digunakan oleh para siswa. Hal ini tidak jarang merepotkan perpustakaan sekolah, khususnya dalam menyediakan buku pelajaran sesuai kurikulum terbaru dengan anggaran yang cenderung terbatas. Analisis secara mendalam menunjukkan bahwa materi-materi pelajaran kurikulum terbaru tidak jauh berbeda dengan kurikulum sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun tabel pokok bahasan pada beberapa mata pelajaran sesuai Kurikulum 2013 (revisi 2016) jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA)/sederajat. Menggunakan tabel tersebut, pustakawan sekolah dapat membantu para pemustaka untuk memanfaatkan buku pelajaran pada kurikulum sebelumnya (Kurikulum 2013/Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan 2006/Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi 2004) yang masih tersedia di perpustakaan sekolah. Go Library (Go-Lib) Integrasi Perpustakaan dan Aplikasi Go-Jek Ridlo, Muhammad Rasyid Perpustakaan Teknologi Perpustakaan Gojek Memasuki era 4.0 perpustakaan dituntun selalu melakukan inovasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kegunaan Go-Lib jika diterapakan di perpustakaan perguruan tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi literature. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa belum pernah ada perpustakaan perguruan tinggi yang bekerjasama dengan Gojek. Pembahasan perlu kemauan keras dari semua unsur universitas untuk mendukung program ini karena akan menjadi peluang bagi perpustakaan perguruan tinggi supaya bisa bersaing. Kesimpulan melihat trend yang berkembang maka terdapat peluang yaitu perpustakaan perguruan tinggi bekerjasama dengan ojek online yaitu Gojek. Layanan yang nantinya menyasar mahasiswa dimanan mahasiswa memerlukan bahan skripsi/tesis/disertasi bisa memanfaatkan yang saya beri nama GO-LIB. Analisis Sumber Informasi Budaya Suku Rejang dalam Menciptakan Layanan Rejang Corner Perpustakaan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Curup Iswanto, Rahmat Rodin, Rhoni Jurianto, Jurianto Sumber Informasi Budaya Suku Rejang Rejang Corner Perpustakaan IAIN Curup The purpose of this study was to analyze cultural information sources of the rejang tribe in creating a Rejang corner service at the IAIN Curup Library. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection used interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of the study showed that there are two sources of information about the rejang tribe, the first, information sources based on library materials, including printed and non-printed works. Printed works consist of books, serials, activity reports, etc., while non-printed works are recorded media in the form of audio-visual media. The second, information sources based on cultural elements include art, technological systems and equipment, community organization systems, languages, livelihood systems and economic systems, knowledge systems, and religious systems. Rejang corner service occupies one of the rooms on the 1st floor of the IAIN Curup Library. The rejang corner service was formed because there were several collections relating to the culture of the tribe in the form of printed and non-printed works. One of the methods that can be used in analyzing the system is PIECES Fremwork where there are 6 related indicators about performance, information, control / scuritu, efficiency, service. The results of this study in the form of statements about the information system in carefully. With PICES method is expected to be able to provide an overview of the shortcomings of the system used so that later the system can be improved and developed towards a better direction again. Penerapan Fungsi Manajemen dalam Pengelolaan Perpustakaan Madrasah Aliyah (Studi Kasus di Perpustakaan MAN 2 Palembang) Rodin, Rhoni Function of Management Library of madrasah MAN 2 palembang’s library The purpose of this study was to analyze how the application of management functions in the madrasa library, especially in the MAN 2 Palembang library. The research method uses a descriptive approach with qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and document study. The results showed that in general the MAN 2 Palembang Library had implemented a management function in library management. The management functions applied include planning, organizing, avtuating and supervising. In general, the management of the school library at the MAN 2 Palembang Library is good enough, but there are still some aspects that must be fixed. MAN 2 Palembang library management planning process is more cornered to user education which can be carried out in the new school year which is carried out simultaneously with the student orientation period. Organizing in the management of school libraries with school libraries in general. The organization includes the form of organizational structure and the division of work of each library staff. The mobilization process related to the leadership process is carried out by the school principal. Mobilization related to job description is carried out with instructions from the Head of Library. Although there are no binding supervision standards, as a form of responsibility the head of the library makes a report every 6 months and the end of the school year is addressed to the principal. However, there are still some obstacles that hamper the process of management in the library; 1) The availability of computers and internet services is still not available to support better management and library services 2) Knowledge of the classification of Islam that should have been determined in Islamic-based school libraries. Sistem Informasi Akreditasi Program Studi Berbasis Web Gunawan, Guntur Hamengkubuwono, Hamengkubuwono Hidayat, Rahmad Sistem Informasi Akreditasi Program Studi Pengelolaan akreditasi institusi dan program studi di IAIN CURUP selama ini dilakukan secara manual yaitu  Dokumen  yang sudah dipersiapkan masih dalam bentuk hard file sehingga tidak dapat menjamin keberadaan dokumen tersebut dalam waktu yang lama, penlaian terhadap kelengkapan birang tidak bisa dilakukan, disisi lain tuntutan dari mahasiswa, alumni dan dunia kerja mensyarakan untuk akreditasi institusi dan program studi minimal B oleh karena itu Permasalahan ini harus disikapi secara professional. Permasalahan diangkat pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membuat sistem informasi akreditasi program studi berbasis web di IAIN Curup. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan  jenis penelitian terapan. Penelitian terapan yaitu penelitian yang diarahkan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah. Penelitian terapan dilakukan dengan tujuan menerapkan, menguji, dan mengevaluasi masalah-maslah praktis sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan manusia, baik secara individual maupun kelompok. Masalah penelitian terapan ditetapkan untuk mencari solusi yang dapat dimanfaatkan manusia. Penulis juga melakukan observasi langsung ketempat objek pokok permasalahan yang akan dibahas, yaitu pada bagian data-data arsip, penelitian dilaksanakan di IAIN curup pada bulan mei 2018 s/d desember 2018. The better the performance of librarians, the better the library is managed. By using the application SliMS application many important jobs in the library that can be assisted include collections management, circulation service system, recording visit statistics, statistical collection records, database building and maintenance systems, evaluating the use of collections, and other tasks related to librarian assignments. Recording and evaluating the duties of librarians especially for the librarians of employees of Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) at the present time is carried out more carefully in accordance with the level and type of position. SliMS applications are well designed to accommodate all librarian tasks according to the functions of the library. Mediatisasi Kebijakan Penerbitan E-Journal dengan Open Journal System di Indonesia Nashihuddin, Wahid Mediatization E-Journal Open Journal System Policies Government Scholarly Communication Every technology and media carries its message for users and brings change in human life, including e-journal publishing. The practice of modernization in the e-journals publishing by OJS also has an impact on changing the journal appearance and the publishing process, starts from the manuscript submission by the author, editorial, and peer-reviewed, to journal publishing by the editor. Printed journals that are formed of paper sheets and have limited information access are different from e-journals that are formed of digital files and information access is not limited (online). The government policies regarding the OJS existence and function as one of the standard e-journal publishing platforms in Indonesia and the accreditation requirements of national scientific journals, also have an impacted on the behavior and culture-changing of the users (writers, editors, reviewers, proofreaders) and enhancing the scholarly communication culture. OJS as technology or media has become a mediation for its users and has even been institutionalized by the government, and this phenomenon has become one of mediation in journal publishing. This paper aims to find out the mediation of government policies related to the issuance of e-journals using OJS in Indonesia. The study data is descriptive-qualitative, with the source of literature study data and the best practice knowledge of the author. This study shows that government policies related to the use of OJS for e-journal publishing in Indonesia effect on changes in the appearance and process of journal publishing, changes in user behavior and culture, and improvement in scholarly communication culture. Model Pengembangan Pemberdayaan Pengetahuan (Studi pada Perpustakaan Desa Paseban, Kec. Kencong, Kab. Jember) Widiyawati, Anita Tri The Village Library has full responsibility in terms of empowering knowledge for the community. This is because the village library has a strategic position in rural communities. The empowerment of this knowledge is very closely related to the achievement of prosperity both materially and nonmaterial. In the empowerment of knowledge refers to the existing conditions of the village library, potential maps, and problems that exist in the Paseban Village community. This research uses a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, audio-visual material (Creswell). Analysis of the data used is Creswell data analysis. The researcher chooses to use qualitative validity and reliability to demonstrate the validity of the data as well as the accuracy of the research results. The results of this study are that the Paseban Village Government has carried out empowerment related to tourism development, BumDes, and through the provision of the internet. However, it is not under the auspices of the village library. The empowerment carried out is partial, not centered on the village library. Paseban Village Government has not fulfilled the three aspects of empowerment, namely a) enabling, b) empowering, and c) protecting. So that there is a need to develop a model of knowledge empowerment in the Paseban Village Library, including: a) enabling (village library as a center of knowledge, village library creates an atmosphere that allows the potential of the community to develop by maximizing the function of the library; b) empowering (strengthening the village library as a center of knowledge , strengthening the village library in creating an atmosphere that enables the potential of the community to develop by maximizing the function of the library with concrete steps, the concept that is in enabling is practiced with concrete steps and the availability of infrastructure that can support the creation of community empowerment; c) protecting ( the village library as a knowledge center establishes an information center that can protect and defend the community in terms of knowledge and information related to the distribution of the results of community innovation, the village library covers everything needed community in developing welfare literacy. The purpose of this study is to obtain a quantitative amount of library material requirements for the 2019 IAIN Curup library based on students so that the numerical calculations can be evaluated and planned for meeting the needs of the visitors. The data used is data on the number of students in 2019 which is spread into several study programs and divided again based on the year of the year and the current semester. Other data used is data on the number of subjects that are billed at IAIN Curup 2019. The method used is quantitative analysis using mathematical logic. The results obtained are the number of library monograph materials with units of titles and copies seen from the number of students per semester, per year, and the accumulated number for all students of IAIN Curup in 2019. From the quantitative analysis results can be estimated in general user needs. The amount is recalculated against special circumstances regarding changes in the number of students for several reasons. This research is useful for making the design and evaluation of the policy development of the IAIN Curup library collection. Layanan Pengetahuan tentang COVID-19 di Lembaga Informasi Nurislaminingsih, Rizki Knowledge Services information institutions COVID-19 Corona virus is causing anxiety for the community. Continuous reporting, rumors and the emergence of thousands of writings about corona on the internet add to the concern about the truth of the information content. Valid data and real information are needed to be a trusted source of knowledge. Information institutions becomes a bridge between the need for knowledge and the uncountable distribution of information. This paper aims to analyze the community's knowledge needs about COVID-19 and provide recommendations for activities that information agencies can undertake to meet needs. Patients with certain diseases, old age, and pregnant women need health knowledge according to the conditions of those who are considered to have a lower immune. Office workers, field workers, entrepreneurs, and students need knowledge of increased immunity, preventive measures and ways of treatment that are suitable for daily activities. Recommended activities that can be carried out by information institutions include: the data center can act as a valid data bank relating to the corona, the information center provides reliable information and the documentation center becomes document making agency. The library through the reference service provides reference knowledge about corona while the circulation service provides a collection of COVID-19. Library collections are tailored to the needs of visitors, library types, and agency policies. The university library must have an adequate collection of both the number of titles and the number of copies. The collection is sufficient to support the implementation of education, research, and community service. In order for the development of a focused collection, a collection development policy is needed. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This approach is used to describe the collection development that has been carried out by the library of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang along with the obstacles faced, as well as to collect data to make a written collection development policy. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The findings in this study are that so far the UPT Library of UIN Raden Fatah has only carried out collection development activities by practice, but there is no collection development policy that will be used as a guide in carrying out collection development activities. This is so that the implementation of collection development activities is not well directed, because there are no guidelines in carrying out collection development activities. Primary data were collected by interview and observation methods. This primary data is then supplemented with secondary data obtained from a variety of relevant literature. The results of this study are the potential of the tourist attraction of Grhatama Pustaka Yogyakarta as a place of recreation based on the perspective of the visitors in uniqueness, which cannot be found anywhere else. The conclusion of this research is Grhatama Pustaka Yogyakarta is interesting to visit because it is unique so it has the potential to become a tourist attraction. However, at this time the function of Grhatama Pustaka Yogyakarta is still not yet optimal as a recreation place. Therefore, further studies are still needed on developing the tourism potential of Grhatama Pustaka Yogyakarta so that its function as a recreation place can be better. Tren Layanan Referensi Virtual Studi Kualitatif Pada 12 Website Perpustakaan di Pulau Jawa Devi, Katrin Setio Irawati, Indira Virtual Reference Service Library Indonesia HV40-69 The virtual reference service (VRS) has been implemented by some libraries in Indonesia. This study aims to identify trends in VRS in some libraries in the Java Island. This research is a qualitative study using descriptive analysis presented as a percentage, then elaborated again with narration or description associated with the field and theory. Using purposive sampling technique, selected 12 libraries to be analyzed on the website. The sample consists of public libraries and special libraries. The results form 12 library samples found to bring trends in the form of presenting referral services if sorted from the most used by the library are email (91%), web forms (75%), chat references (67%), and SMS (8%). Both email and web form used for VSR is using the library's public email. Chat references available on the web library use the Tawk Live Chat App, add on Dalet Galaxy, Whatsapp and Line. VRS in SMS form is only used by the National Library. Email is the most common format used as a communication tool in VRS followed by web forms, chat references and SMS. This research is motivated by the fact that library circulation service management is very important in order to improve the quality of existing services, where officers must understand the problems in the implementation of circulation in the library. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of circulation service management in the Rejang Lebong 6 Junior High School Library. The type of approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of circulation service management at the Rejang Lebong 6 Junior High School Library has not run optimally, this is indicated by the many problems in circulation services. There are still officers who do not understand how to use the library so that the service has not been running optimally. On the other hand, library infrastructure is still lacking, so that it has an impact on library management, which will have implications for the learning process in schools. This paper is based on the implementation of policies and development processes as a whole on a digital library collection with a real qualitative approach to the actions of each activity process. The purpose of this research is to describe the diagram results regarding the processes and results of digital collection policies. The results obtained from this research are, the category of implementation of the digital collection development policy of the State Polytechnic Library of Malang which is divided into 4 policies, namely: the development policy for mapping the sub-discipline of collection science, the policy on the structure of the collection development team, the policy on the implementation time period and the policy on the source of the collection digital. The next results regarding the process of developing a digital collection of the Malang State Polytechnic library are divided into 5 processes, namely: community analysis, selection policies, acquisition, weeding and collection evaluation. Penggunaan Literatur dalam Penulisan Karya Ilmiah Mahasiswa Agroteknologi Instiper Yogyakarta (Studi Bibliometrika pada Jurnal Agromast Tahun 2018-2019) Munawaroh, Laylatul Marwiyah, Marwiyah Bibliometric Citation Analysis Half Life Literature Z668-669.7 This study aims to determine the dominance of reference sources, types of references, the most cited authors, the availability of collections in the Stiper Institute of Agriculture (Instiper) library and the reference year used by students in preparing scientific papers. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach and bibliometric studies with citation analysis and literary life half-life. The object of analysis in this research is 166 scientific articles published in the journal Agromast published in 2018-2019. The results showed that: 1) types of reference sources or information materials used as references for students in writing scientific papers were dominated by types of references in the form of books (74.90%) and scientific articles (16.10%). 2) The half-life age of the literature cited in the journal Argomast as a whole from 2018 to 2019 is 8 years. 75.59% of the literature that is considered up-to-date or obsolete, while the literature that is considered current is 28.15%. Thus, the literature used as a reference in the Agromast journal 2018-2019 tends to use less up-to-date literature. Efektivitas Peran Pustakawan Sebagai Mitra Pemustaka Menemukan Sumber Pustaka untuk Penelitian Qibthiyyah, Mariatul Effectiveness Library Research The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the role of librarians as friends in finding library sources for research. The design is a mixed method with the Triangulation Design procedure: Validating Quantitative Data Model. In this model, researchers will collect quantitative data and qualitative data. The next stage is to carry out further analysis by validating the results of quantitative analysis using qualitative results. The population in the study were all lecturers at Lambung Mangkurat University. The sample to determine the effectiveness of the role of librarians in research, namely 100 lecturers. Data were collected by filling out a questionnaire to answer all problem formulations. Also supported by interviewing lecturers to validate the results of filling out a questionnaire about the role of the librarian as a place to find library sources for research. The results of this study is that 54.49% of researchers agree that librarians are effective as friends in finding sources of literature for research. 33.91% of researchers strongly agree. While a small proportion of researchers, namely 0.87% and 0.58%, respectively, stated that they disagreed and disagreed with the statement. Auto Whatsapp Sebagai Alternatif Layanan Perpustakaan pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di IAIN Curup Maisonah, Maisonah Auto WhatsApp Application library services Certificate Library is  to develop knowledge and information. Every information and knowledge in a library is obtained from several media; such as books; magazines; brochures; computers use networks and journals. Library services are management to manage all media information and knowledge. In March 2020 the Covid-19  enter Indonesia. One way to assist the government in preventing the spread of Covid-19 is to eliminate face-to-face lectures. In addition; library services are removed. Therefore; in order to keep library services running; one alternative is to use Auto WhatsApp. This application helps students in obtaining library services especially in obtaining a Fractivator-Free Library Information (CFL). The results of large-scale trials of SKBPP services with autowhatsapp to 73 users' responses resulted in 98.6% stating that users were satisfied with the service; 95.9% of users stated that SKBPP services with autowhtasapp were effective; 97.3% users easily used the application; 95.9% users stated that the information on the service was clear; and 97.3% of users stated that the use of sentences in autowhatsapp was easy to understand. Webometrics is a means to measure the progress of a university through its website. This article aims to find the right work steps in an effort to increase website visibility and also the birth of practical steps to lift webometrics rankings that can be used as guidelines by website managers at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The main data was obtained using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) techniques by presenting parties related to webometrics ranking, having knowledge of SEO practices, and having experience in web management. The findings indicate that there have been efforts to increase the quantity and quality of content with the establishment of the publication and documentation division. There are still various obstacles to be faced, such as content management that does not meet SEO principles, several pages and subdomains that are not maintained, are damaged, and even lost, causing bad backlinks. It is necessary to build a website that uses the multisite method which is very effective and efficient in integrating various website needs at UIN Jakarta. The need for various efforts to overcome these obstacles, such as the need for effective communication between web development teams, the need for SEO-friendly content writing training, and the importance of SOPs in optimizing web performance and getting maximum webometrics ranking. Inovasi Pelayanan Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Cianjur di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Ghofilah, Putri Nur Nabihatul Pandemi Covid-19 Perpustakaan Inovasi Layanan Government Libraries The presence of Covid-19, which is considered a global pandemic at this time has had a huge influence on various aspects of activities in human life, many activities have had to be stopped or postponed including library service activities. The existence of a work from home policy as a step to anticipate the transmission of the corona virus, causing library employees to work from home and carry out various activities online. So that the library cannot provide services to the community directly. Therefore, libraries need to create new innovations in order to provide services according to the information needs of the community in the midst of a pandemic. This study aims to determine the innovations that the Office of Archives and Libraries of Cianjur Regency have in providing services to the public or library users during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results in this study indicate that due to the covid-19 pandemic, the library service system has changed. The various kinds of face-to-face services are limited and switched through digital services. To deal with the situation,The Office of Archives and Libraries of Cianjur Regency seeks to create new innovations in order to continue to provide sources of information to the public with recommend access to digital services in the form of the Ipusnas application and the CANDIL application. The library has the main objective, namely to support teaching and learning activities. In the current era, pemustaka in senior high schools (SMA) are users who are classified as the millennial generation. Millennial generation has characteristic of making technology a lifestile. Millennials want speed in their every life. The speed at which they wanted made them prefer something simple. Millennials are also more comfortable using technology so that they can do things independently and in a structured manner. Libraries need to innovate in providing services to visitors to match the characteristics of the millennial generation. SMA Negeri 5 Magelang Library implements independent services in responding to the challenges of the millennial generation. The implementation of self-service in the SMA Negeri 5 Magelang Library can be said to be easy and simple. However, there is a need for hardware upgrades so that self-service can run better. It should also be noted regarding security and librarians must be diligent in doing database backups so that at any time when a problem occurs, the data is well preserved. Manajemen Perpustakaan Universitas Bengkulu Untuk Meningkatkan Pelayanan Sosial Terhadap Pemustaka Melalui Analisis Diagram Ishikawa Chalik, Alex Abdu Osira, Yessilia Management Social Service Librarian The purpose of this study is to get an overview and explanation of the various weaknesses of Bengkulu University Library management to improve social services to users by using Ishikawa diagram analysis consisting of Manpower/People, Materials, Methods/Processes, Machines/Equipment, Measurement/Minutes and Market/ User. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method using a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies as well as Focus Group Discussion. The results of the study found that there were still many weaknesses in the administration, processing, circulation services and information technology. This weakness is related to human resources, materials and equipment, machinery/equipment, funds, and time and market (users). Research collaboration is an intellectual activity that emphasizes the need for collaboration, communication, and the division of tasks of the research team in a research project. Librarians can carry out research collaborations with academics to enhance their role as research collaborators for institutions. The UNS Library has provided research information and research consulting services called "Klinik Pustaka Ilmiah”. This research aims to identify the various efforts of the UNS Library in increasing librarian research publications, and building research collaborations of librarians with academics (lecturers and students). This study uses a qualitative approach, with data sources from interviews and documentation. The results showed that the UNS Library's "Klinik Pustaka Ilmiah" service really supports the collaborative research activities of academic librarians, and the library has made various efforts to increase research publications and librarian research collaborations. Researchers also suggest that the UNS Library be more active to encourage librarians in institutional research collaborations, and librarians also need to improve their research competence on an ongoing basis. One way to get closer to the community is that the library can use the concept of inclusion to achieve its goals as a principle of lifelong learning. Inclusion-based libraries are libraries that facilitate the community in developing their potential by seeing cultural diversity, willingness to accept change, and offering opportunities to try, protect and fight for culture and human rights. This has been done by the Library of Science Resources in Marga Sakti Village, Musi Rawas Regency, with the concept of a Village Library Based on Social Inclusion, which has made the library an institution that can empower the community through productive activities such as making bitter melon chips, cultivating crickets, providing internet access for the community, Karang Taruna activities by establishing Youth Bands, PKK activities centered in libraries, storytelling activities, mobile libraries, establishing reading villages and others. Deskripsi Metadata dalam Manajemen Data Penelitian: Studi Kasus pada Sistem Repositori Ilmiah Nasional Yudhanto, Seno Mayesti, Nina Metadata Repository Research Data Dataverse Library Science Information Science Organizing research data is very important for data and information managers through a research data management mechanism (research data management/MDP) in a repository system. In this mechanism, research data must be organized and described as an effort to provide access. One important aspect of organizing is the availability of metadata. This Study was supported by the Institute of Sciences of Indonesia (LIPI) and the SAINTEK Scholarship from the Ministry of Research and Technology/National Research and Innovation Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (KEMENRISTEK/BRIN) in 2020 and it’s purpose is to identify and describe metadata standards and metadata elements used in research data management in the National Scientific Repository (RIN) system. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Sources of data come from literature / document studies and direct observation. The results of the study show that the RIN system adopts descriptive metadata from three main standards, they are DublinCore, DataCite, and DDI. As a medium for describing research data in general, the metadata sections provided by the RIN system in the dataset folder are quite large and complete. Of the 35 metadata fields available in the dataset folder in this system, the three metadata standards complement each other with an adaptation of the dominant DDI standard with 32 metadata fields. However, the fields that are available can also be found in other standards, such as the title, subject, or keyword fields that are also found in the DublinCore and DataCite standards. Thus, the metadata fields provided in the RIN system is good enough and sufficient for research data management needs. Open Educational Resources (OER) dan Penerapannya pada Perpustakaan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Curup Iswanto, Rahmat Academic Library Open Educational Resources Open Access Library Science Information Science This paper examines the concept of open educational resources developing in the world of education and libraries and the application of OER development research results to the IAIN Curup library. The problems were how the limitations of the OER and the models developed were, how was the development carried out by the IAIN Curup library, and how the application of the OER model developed in the IAIN Curup library was applied. The method used in this scientific paper is to explain the OER concept based on several sources, both articles and books. Another method is to describe the results of interviews with research subjects related to the application of OER at the IAIN Curup library. The results are a conceptual framework generated from some articles and books as well as an assessment of the application of OER in the IAIN Curup library. The form of OER service is a form of business development to provide the role of information providers in the world of education which must always be maintained and developed by educational institutions by utilizing technology. Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Mahasiswa Memanfaatkan Layanan Penelusuran Antasari, Indah Wijaya Library Research Retrieval Analysis Thesis. The information retrieval services is a service that interests university library users. There is a significant increase of students completing their thesis using searching services during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to find factors in the utilization of research searching services. It is Using a quantitative approach with exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The study population was 376 students who submitted searching services during the pandemic (March-December 2020),using Slovin formula  get a sample 82 respondents. The primary data source from the questionnaire. The results showed that only one (1) factor for the variable use of research searching services, with seven (7) statements:  P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, and P7, but, the P8 idea is not continued for analysis because the results of the commonalities test showed that the extraction value is less than 0.5. The conclusion is the factor variables that influence IAIN Purwokerto students to use the searching service have no dimension (there is only one factor) that is factors for completing thesis, indicators of these factors are seven statements: requires an example of a thesis; enriches material for a thesis; knows how to describe the background; looks for the right theory; gets an appropriate research method; knows how I should explain the discussion; and knows how to conclude the results of a research. Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pemustaka Terhadap Kinerja Pustakawan di Perpustakan Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi Apriyani, Neni dewi, Laksmi Suhardini, Dini Excellent Service User’s Satisfaction Librarian Performance. User service is an important element in the library. Libraries should provide the best services to the users or what is often called as excellent services. The excellent service really needs to be supported by the high performance of the librarian. So the users can feel satisfaction from the service thet get. This study aims to determine the level of the user’s satisfaction to the librarian’s performance in Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi and whether users have experienced unfavourable treatment due to the librarian’s attitude. The method used in this research is quantitative survey research. The data was collected was through filling out the google form questionnaire. The sample of this research is 40 users who are a registered users in Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi. The result showed that the average score of user’s satisfaction was 3.48 which mean that the users were satisfied with the librarian’s performance. 70% of respondent stated that the librarian had worked professionally and 30% of respondent stated that they have experienced inappropriate treatment from the librarian in the form of unfriendly, indifferent, and slow in providing service. Along with the growth of information technology, other literacy such as Digital Literacy emerged as consequences of unfamiliarity with the new-emerging technology. However, Information Literacy is as relevant as the technology itself particularly todays. In an era in which users are flooded with information, and most of information they receive are frequently irrelevant to what they need. In addition, with the abundance of information available on the internet, most of the time the information they get are invalid. The example of fake news circulating on social media as we may have heard many times is because people are not able to evaluate information they receive. This paper explores the way in which the concept of Information Literacy is related to and found on the concept of Tabayun in Islam. The carefulness of evaluating information as the prophet Muhammad used to do when he received information that possibly be disinformation is one of the scopes in Information Literacy. Sejarah Perpustakaan This study aims to analyze the history of library development during the Abbasid dynasty and today contect. The method used in this research is the literature method using several sources of books and journals regarding the development of libraries during the Abbasid dynasty. The results showed that the Abbasid dynasty was a milestone in the history of library progress. One of them is Bait al-Hikmah. This institution is not only an educational institution, but also a library institution. With a historical review, this paper attempts to analyze how the development of the Bait al Hikma library during the Abbasid dynasty. Baitul Hikmah, which was initiated by the caliph Harun al-Rashid, became the center of all scientific activities. With the establishment of Baitul Hikmah, knowledge transfer activities have become more advanced. The Caliph succeeded in recruiting the best writers, historians and scientists. The Cafe Library is a library designed with coffee shops and books. The cafe library provides more value to visitors and provides a place of comfort for visitors who come so they don't feel bored to the library. The cafe library can be used as an innovative alternative as a place for recreation/educational tourism. One of the functions of the library is a place of recreation for the community. Libraries are required to play an active, innovative and creative role to make the visitors who come can feel happy and satisfied. The layout of the space needs to be considered in order to increase the role of the library as a place of recreation and a vehicle for education for the wider community. To make the library a place of recreation and a vehicle for education for visitors/communities who come, it is necessary to have innovations carried out in the form of activities or services made by library managers. The purpose of this study is to find out the innovations of contemporary activities carried out by the literacy coffee cafe library. This research takes place in the literacy coffee cafe library. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/data verification are data analysis of this research. The results of this study show that literacy coffee cafe library managers develop innovative activities for visitors/communities who come. Various innovative activities carried out in the literacy coffee cafe library such as general discussions, political discussions, book reviews, film reviews, and film classes. This research is expected to be a reference for other cafe libraries to develop or improve innovative activities so that visitors/communities feel at home visiting literacy coffee. Peran Kolaborasi Galeri, Perpustakaan, Arsip dan Museum Dalam Mendiseminasikan Sumber Informasi Pengetahuan kepada Masyarakat Tupan, Tupan Djaenudin, Mohamad Gallery Library Archive Museums Information Dissemination An analysis of the role of galleries, libraries, archives and museums as a source of information for public knowledge was conducted. This study aims to find out how the collaborative role of galleries, libraries and archives in disseminating knowledge information sources to the public. The study was conducted using a narrative review which was complemented by observations via the web. The results of the analysis show that institutions that have collaborated include merging and collaborating with regional libraries and archives located in provinces and districts as well as cities throughout Indonesia. The libraries and galleries that have joined are the Fiction Literacy Library and Gallery in Surabaya. For libraries and museums that have joined or collaborated are the Zoological Museum, Tobacco Library and Museum, Soil and Agriculture Museum, and the Geological Museum. As for the combination or collaboration of museums and galleries, they are the Natural History Museum and the Youth Pledge Museum. Referring to the merger between libraries and archives, between libraries and museums, as well as between museums and galleries, it is hoped that the concept of merging or convergence of the roles of galleries, libraries, archives and museums in disseminating regulatory science and technology to the public. This activity is a form of adaptation carried out by the IAIN Kudus Library to continue to be able to work effectively and efficiently in serving users during the pandemic. As an activity that is fully online, it requires a very complex role from the librarian so that it can be carried out optimally. This study aims to discuss how the librarian of the IAIN Kudus Library implements the role of the blended librarian in the implementation of the user education activities. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection method used in this research is through the observation method combined with the literature study method. The results of this study indicate that online-based user education activities at the IAIN Kudus Library can run smoothly because librarians at the IAIN Kudus Library can apply the role of blended librarians in carrying out these activities. The forms of blended librarian's roles include academic librarian, IT librarian, communicative librarian, teaching librarian, and manager. This research was conducted to see the development of publications related to public behavior towards hoaxes, the analysis related to the media for spreading hoaxes, and the impact of the spread of hoaxes on public behavior during the covid-19 pandemic This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting literature related to the topics discussed then conducting an analysis of research on community behavior towards the spread of hoaxes during the COVID-19 pandemic through the media in Indonesia from 2020 to 2021. The results show that there are many the media used as a means of spreading hoaxes makes hoaxes more widespread, lack of understanding of information selection causes the spread of hoaxes to affect public behavior where people are anxious to take action during the covid-19 pandemic. This must be a concern for the government and the community, actions need to be taken to minimize the spread of hoaxes such as information literacy to the public regarding how to filter information from trusted sources. The purpose of the study was to know how the West Java Dispusipda Library service strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research focus on how the library manage direct service strategy, how to manage Candil digital library services, and Makan Jengkol book delivery service. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques interview, observation, documentation, and literature study. Interviews were conducted on two informants. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that direct services at the West Java Dispusipda Library were carried out by implementing health protocols and special rules, as well as open and closed services. Candil digital library services is application-based digital libraries that provide almost 13000 books. It can be downloaded on Playstore or Appstore for free. The Makan Jengkol Service is a book borrowing and returning service which provides 150 book titles. Information selected using purposive sampling technique, based on this technique obtained ten information status as students of the State University of Malang who are currently working on their thesis. The emotional intelligence of a leader plays an important role in an organization and the people who work in it, especially in the library where information is managed. The purpose of this article is to determine the leadership style in dealing with the globalization of information in the Langsa State Islamic Institute library based on emotional intelligence. This article is a qualitative descriptive article with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and literature study. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the leadership at the Langsa State Islamic Institute Library has made the library develop very well in overcoming the globalization of information for the user community, both students, academics and the general public. This is done by the head of the library. Under his leadership, the librarian of the Langsa State Islamic Institute of Religion has implemented a leadership style based on emotional intelligence that includes visionary, mentoring, affiliative, democratic, pacesetter, and governing in today's era of information globalization. This article aims to describe face-to-face oral communication in the era of organizational communication technology at the IAIN Pontianak Library. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, technical data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research findings are first, face-to-face oral communication applied at the IAIN Pontianak Library aims to convey information, regulations, and stimuli for work that takes place every day according to the situation in the library environment with formal and non-formal communication between the head of the library, coordinator and library staff. Second, the supporting factors for face-to-face oral communication are close space, feel more comfortable, have a sense of kinship, and establish friendship. Third, the inhibiting factors of face-to-face oral communication include being out of place, difficulty managing time, and language difficulties when communicating orally. Data analysis techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. To analyze the data that has been obtained, the researchers analyzed qualitative data. The results showed that it was very visible that the students in terms of library administration organizing SDN No. 2 Curup has been implemented but is not ideal, there are still many shortcomings, both in terms of structure and foundations, the library office as far as the administration for library administration is very large, the variety of reading material centers according to the educational program concerned, not adequate and other supporting reference books, implying that the library of SDN No. 2 Curup cannot be expected to progress like the library used by various existing schools, on the grounds that the library of SDN No. 2 Curup is still inadequate with regards to assistance that encourages the best library, both in terms of administration and office other supporters. Analisis Pengembangan Koleksi Perpustakaan Institut Teknologi Indonesia Rusmin, Jaka Martian Collection Development Community Analysis Selection Weeding Policy Collection Development The present study aims to investigate the process of collection development in the library of Institut Teknologi Indonesia. The researcher applies the six stages of collection development from Evans (2005) as the theoretical framework. The research method used in the study includes descritive analysis using the data, from interviews from its librarians, questionnaire and the additional observation to make the data more accurate. The result reveals that the library of Institut Teknologi Indonesia makes the most of community analysis, selection process, and the weeding process for the collection development activities. Yet, the library needs more efforts in making the policy and evaluation activity. Surprisingly, after comparing with other university libraries, it is found that those libraries do not have formal and systematic policies of collection development, and they also barely conduct the evaluation meetings after the collection development activity is completed. The contribution from the stakeholders and incumbents are needed to escalate the collection development in the library. This is what underlies the need for a strategy in processing library materials, because library materials are the most important product in the library. The application of information technology in libraries in the form of digital library services greatly provides convenience and fluency for users, however, it is necessary to know in more depth to measure the behavioral intentions of users in using digital library information technology applications or in other words there is no analysis to ensure aspects of its benefits and uses. The purpose of this paper is to find out how the acceptance of library users in utilizing information technology applications in digital library services using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theoretical approach with a total sample of 22. respondents using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the results of the calculation of Partial Least Square (PLS) to determine the variables that have an influence on attitudes and actual use. The results showed that the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a significant positive effect on Attitude Toward Using. The Attitude Toward Using variable has a positive significant effect on behavioral intention to use. One of the limits of activity is in the area of library services, where there are two services that libraries have to offer: physical  lending  and electronic  lending. There are several barriers that libraries encounter in relation to e-book lending services. For example, low technical proficiency, limited equipment and infrastructure, internet network, and cost. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, we applied the method of user-centered design to system development, built a user-friendly and user-friendly mobile-based electronic library, and built visitor-library relationship management. The development of this library service system application uses a linear sequential method (waterfall). The waterfall methodology is a systematic, sequential software development method that starts at the system level and progresses through analysis, design, code, testing, and maintenance. Digitalisasi Perpustakaan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Madura Sebagai Upaya Pemenuhan Layanan Pemustaka Sejak Pandemi COVID-19 Albaburrahim, Albaburrahim Wahyudi, Qori' Digital Library User Service Covid-19 Pandemic This paper describes efforts to digitize various library services at IAIN Madura in fulfilling user services during a pandemic. The surge in Covid-19 resulted in less-than-optimal library services, even to the point of temporarily closing face-to-face services. This, of course, requires the library to make a variation so that the service remains optimal during a pandemic. One of them is maximizing digital services which are very urgent to be carried out quickly and precisely, so that users can still get library services. This issue was raised, namely how the Madura IAIN library is able to provide digital services to fulfill user services since the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with data collection techniques by observation and interviews. The data analysis was carried out descriptively and interpretively based on the latest digital services as well as digital services that are experiencing the process of developing digital library applications at IAIN Madura. The results of this research are the latest digital-based library services and the development of digital applications to serve users since the Covid-19 pandemic. The newest digital library service at IAIN Madura is a digital self-lending service. Meanwhile, digital services that are undergoing application development include e-book, repository, and e-theses services. As for efforts to fulfill user services through library digitization, namely consolidating information technology (IT) teams, developing application programs, and adding library application programs to the IAIN Madura. All of these digital services are very important to be accessible and enjoyed by users during the pandemic and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This can open up opportunities for education actors to commit plagiarism. Overcoming and preventing plagiarism in higher education is not only the responsibility of higher education leaders, but also the responsibility of the academic community, including the library. Libraries cannot remain silent with issues related to plagiarism in the university environment. Libraries have a moral responsibility in fighting plagiarism and this is where libraries are challenged to be able to work together with the parent institution to make various efforts to overcome and prevent the practice of plagiarism. This study aims to find out how the policies taken by universities in preventing plagiarism and what efforts can be made by university libraries in their contribution to tackling and preventing plagiarism. Kompetensi Pustakawan dalam Promosi Perpustakaan Pada Media Sosial Najiah, Syifa Irawati, Indira Librarian Competence Promotion Social Media This research intends to examine and synthesize data regarding the problems encountered when attempting to promote on library social media and the competency of librarians. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) technique, which is being used for this descriptive research, has three stages: planning, implementation, and reporting. SLR is a thorough evaluation of studies that are pertinent to a topic that are then identified, evaluated, and synthesized methodically with the goal of eliminating bias in order to produce more trustworthy results. The examination of 23 publications that met the criteria revealed that ICT, communication, knowledge, attitude, information literacy, pedagogy, information analysis, management, and visual skills were the abilities most commonly identified to promote social media promotion. entrepreneurship, literacy, and digital literacy. Diverse information needs and behaviors, a lack of collaboration with other parties, the abundance of information sources, a failure to adapt to information search developments, a lack of staff, a lack of scientific publications that promote their work, a lack of format management skills and minimal collections, the emergence of online culture in the millennial generation, and the availability of a variety of social media platforms are all obstacles that librarians must overcome when promoting themselves on social media. The findings of this study can be used as a guide to examine trends in librarian abilities linked to social media promotion and as a basis for librarians to consider when deciding which competencies to develop for social media promotion. Evaluasi Literatur Tugas Akhir Mahasiswa Prodi D-3 Perpustakaan di Ruang Baca FKIP UNTAN Periode 2017-2020 Agustianita, Dea Hanum, Atiqa Nur Latifa Citation Analysis Collection Availability Literature Evaluation This research discusses citation analysis that can be used as a tool for evaluating library collections. The aim is to investigate the type, author, half-life, and availability of literature being cited and also the different numbers of certain literature used in the final assignments of  D-3 Library students. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with the research population of all final assignments of D-3 Library students from 2017-2020, amounting to 71. The writer used a documentation techniques to collect the data. The results show that the literature cited books are 686 (68.39%), theses/thesis/final assignments are 156 (16%), journals are 72 (7.18%), websites are 61 (6%), laws as many as 21 (2.09%), as many as 7 dictionaries (0.7%). The most frequently cited authors were Sugiyono with 44 citations and Sulistyo Basuki with 35 citations. The half-life of the citation literature was 4 years. The availability of cited literature was 811 (81%). For every year, literature has a different number in usage. There were some enhancements in the use of books, journals, and internet websites in 2017-2020. Nailah Hanum Library Collection SNP-PT standard Standard for Libraries in Higher Education This study aims to analyze the library collections of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung according to the National Library-University Standard (SNP-PT) and the Standard for Libraries in Higher Education. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data were collected by observing, in-depth interviews, analysis of various related documents, field notes, and triangulation. The results of the analysis show that based on the SNP-PT standard, the collection indicators that have met the standards include type and number, development, collection of local content, reference collection, and processing. The indicators for re-counting, weeding, preserving, and converting book collections to digital format have not been carried out as stipulated by the standard. Based on the Standard for Libraries in Higher Education, the collection indicators that have been met include the type and format of the collection, access to the collection, and the uniqueness of the collection. Meanwhile, the indicators for the availability of collections, processing infrastructure, information literacy, and the availability of long-term access have not met the standards due to the limited budget and number of human resources with special competencies in the field of information literacy and media transfer. The alpha generation has creative, passionate, dynamic, leadership, and confident characters in making future career decisions, inseparable from technology in completing their work. Technological developments and pandemic conditions drastically changed the values and concepts of the line of education in carrying out teaching and learning activities and in the transfer of information. In library services, for example, major changes are needed in managing and disseminating information to respond to these conditions. This is to provide a balance in adjusting the style and character of the alpha generation in obtaining information. The purpose of this study is to analyze the character of the alpha generation so as to find patterns of information needs. In addition, it aims to determine the implications for library services. In this study, the study used was a literature study. From the description of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the alpha generation is a multitasking generation, digital native, does not like rules, is creative, and flexible, connects, and collaborates as well as practicum. While the context of the information needs of the alpha generation tends towards information in digital formats and direct, applicable and easy information to be directly shared through social media. The implications of library services are expected to adjust the pattern of service performance to meet the information needs of the alpha generation including: changes in expectations of access to library information services that focus on idealistic and fast and sophisticated personal convenience, readiness for data appearance that is ready to share or share data directly, use of social media for promotion and communication lines across generations, the competence of librarians as professional data analysts is not only managing and maintaining but also participating in generating and repackaging information. Therefore, it takes the role of librarians and academics to form an information literacy programme as an effort to improve students' information literacy skills. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the extent to which the readiness of librarians and lecturers of UIN North Sumatra in building collaboration to form an information literacy learning curriculum programme in lectures. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman model. The results stated that librarians and lecturers strongly support the implementation of collaboration to integrate information literacy into the learning curriculum. However, in reality, librarians and faculty are still not ready to assign librarians as teaching staff who will teach information literacy learning in the classroom. So the reviewer suggests that UIN North Sumatera library can move more actively to encourage librarians to various skill development activities that can improve teaching competence. Kajian Ergonomi Pada Display Statis (Penunjuk Informasi) di Perpustakaan Universitas Bina Darma Ningrum, Aisyah Wahyu Kusuma Herlina, Herlina Study Ergonomic Static Display Information Library The purpose of this study to find out what forms of static displays (information pointers) are provided by the Bina Darma University Library which are then studied in terms of ergonomics based on the value of comfort, beauty, and usefulness. The type of research used descriptive qualitative research. Determination of informants is determined based on non-probability techniques, namely by using purposive sampling. The informants selected were one person in the library staff, namely the librarian. The data collection technique through interviews which are then processed so that they can find conclusions/verification results. The results obtained are static displays in the Bina Darma University Library, namely Warning Displays, working hours, library labels, instructions for using turnitin, instructions on collections, suggestion box labels, and instructions for opening doors. Keterampilan Literasi Informasi Pada Mahasiwa Prodi Ilmu Perpustakaan Di Universitas Terbuka Berdasarkan Standard Association Of College Reseach Libraries (ACRL) Diana, Mustika teguh, Teguh Saputra, Alpin Herman Information Literacy Library Science Open University ACRL - The research is aimed to know the literacy skill of open university library science student. This is a descriptive research with sample of open university library science student as many as 910 student among 6063 students. Tested by using the rate value. The results showed that the information literacy skills of the students of the open university library science study program were skilled. With the following details: (1) the ability of students to determine the rerequired information needs with an average score of 2.85 is included inte skilled category. (2) the ability of students to find the information needed effectively and efficiently with and average score of 2.77 skilled category. (3) evaluation of information and sources criticall with an average score of 2.71 in the skilled category. (4) capability of using the information to accomplish particular purposes with an average score of 2.77 in the skilled category. (5) understanding economic, legal, and and social aspects which are related the use of information with an average score of 2.84 in the skilled category. The researcher’s suggestion from the result of the research found is necessary to improve students’ information literacy skill to develop students’ literacy skills so that they can complete various tasks that are well received. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques were carried out through three stages: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Decree Number 543 of 2019 regarding guidelines for managing mosque libraries in the Al Markaz Al Islami Makassar mosque library has mainly been implemented. It's just that there are still guidelines that cannot be implemented, namely the guidelines for library financing, collaboration and promotion. Productivity of Udayana University FISIP Lecturers: Bibliometric Analysis Using Lotka's Law Suhartika, I Putu Puspita, Kadek Dian Dwinanda Ginting, Richard Togaranta Bibliometrics Lecturer Productivity Lotka Law Google scholarBibliometrics Google scholar Research This study aims to determine the productivity of lecturers at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University in a span of 10 years (2012–2021). The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The results of this study proved that from 54 lecturers, 40 lecturers were found to have lecturer profile accounts on the Google Scholar website with a total publication of 940 journal articles. Lecturer productivity based on Lotka's Law gets an exponent value (n) 0.0050 with a value (C) 0.0350. This shows that the percentage of lecturers who contribute 2 articles to the lecturer profile on google scholar is on the observation results of 5%, while in the calculation of Lotka's theoretical value is 3.59%. After conducting the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test, it was found that Dmax was greater than the critical value (0.8834 > 0.2150). Based on these results, it was found that there was a significant difference between the theoretical value of Lotka Law and the results of observations in journals indexed by google scholar in the FISIP lecturer profile for 2012–2021. The high level of love for reading in the community has an impact on the level of welfare of the community. The phenomenon of people’s fondness for reading can be seen from the results of the study of their love of reading with their index value. To increase the love of reading, scientific research standards are needed which are the basis for making decisions or policies. Surveys must be in accordance with scientific principles so that research results can be justified. The high community literacy development index and the reading love index will realize a high community literacy index. Libraries can contribute in measuring the reading love level to measure the community’s reading fondness index, both nationally and regionally, in a comprehensive and precise manner. The results of the study of the level of interest in reading can be used as a reference and guide for the National Library of Indonesia, the provincial library service, as well as the regency/city library in making policy for programs to increase the love of reading for people throughout Indonesia. Strategies to Increase EDOO Application New Users as a Form of Promotion of Digital Library Services at SMAN 15 Bandung Agsiya, Anisah Putri Digital Library Edoo Promotion Strategy Z678.89-678.892 The Library of SMA Negeri 15 Bandung has used the Edoo platform as a form of digital library implementation. The library has provided hundreds of e-libraries that can be used by all school members. Due to a shortage of users, the Edoo platform in the SMA Negeri 15 Bandung library experienced difficulties in developing. As a result, the various contents and library materials available cannot be used optimally. To increase these users, a good promotion strategy is needed. This study used is descriptive qualitative method. Edoo is an educational platform that has various management services at the school level, equipped with online and offline classes, a digital library, and special social media features that can be used by school members. Edoo has various advantages which make it easier for libraries and schools to use and utilize it. In the Edoo promotion strategy at the SMAN 15 Bandung library, There are a number of possible activities, including creating a brief introductory video for Edoo, movies on how to install applications, and videos on how to use Edoo, including using services and borrowing libraries through applications. The video will be distributed via the library's Instagram using the school's digital madding. It is preferable if the teacher participates in and helps with this Edoo promotion. Since encouraging students to utilize and access programs to support teaching and learning activities requires instructor participation. Analisis Flow Experience Pemustaka Pada Website Repositori Universitas Sriwijaya Safitri, Rts. Tiara Hilda Febrianti, Beta Ria Murzilawati, Murzilawati Flow Experience Repository Library This research is motivated by information technology advances that force users to use repositories as a source of information. The capabilities and challenges users face in using the repository website can be a benchmark for achieving a flow experience. Objectives: To determine the level of flow experience, the factors that influence the flow experience, and the most dominant factors affecting users' flow experience. Input and considerations in making website development decisions and achieving excellent service. The research method used is quantitative research and exploratory factor analysis. The sample is 106 using purposive sampling. The result is that most users who use the UNSRI repository are women, 64.49%, aged 16-25 years, 88.79% with the latest educational background, the majority being senior high school students, amounting to 63.55%. The assumption is that the users using the UNSRI repository are students pursuing undergraduate education. The level of users' flow experience on the UNSRI repository website, as many as 57 users, is categorized as flow. Then there are 33 users classified as frustrated. Libraries can review procedures for accessing files stored in the repository. The method used in this study is to use a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the development of information and communication technology (ICT) has now spread to the world of education, namely with the management of digital archives. The Myaka application is school software as digital archive data used by schools to manage grades, attendance, report cards, question analysis, student data, and teacher data collected in one system. This study found that Myaka, as a digital archive storage application, has fulfilled the requirements in the archive life cycle starting from the creation, storage, distribution, user, maintenance, and disposition. The library has a significant development since 2020, yet this development has not done simultaneously with a proper media for sharing information, this causing the libary to be less well known by school users. Therefore, the school need a media that could be used for sharing information to help the library to be less unknown. The research method use in this paper is Action Research model by Burns with five steps on the first cycle and four steps on the continuation cycle. The data in this paper retrieved through interview, observation, and documentation. Persepsi Mahasiswa Magister Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara Dalam Pemanfaatan Database Jurnal Cambridge Dewi, Shinta Sayekti, Retno Purwaningtyas, Franindya Perception Master Student Electronic Journal Cambridge Journal This study aims to find out how the perceptions of master students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra in terms of knowledge and experience in utilizing the Cambridge journal database. The research method used was qualitative with the informant selection technique using snowball sampling and five informants were obtained who knew and had accessed the Cambridge database. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results showed that the majority of informants did not know that the UINSU Library had subscribed to the Cambridge journal database service. Most students know about the database of Cambridge journals obtained from outsiders when they were undergraduate students so that it has an impact on usage statistics with 104 downloads per year. This is caused by promotions related to journal services that are not carried out evenly throughout the academic community due to the difference in location between the library and the postgraduate campus. There are several factors inhibiting students from not using the Cambridge journal database such as access to closed articles which causes students not to use the campus network to open access automatically or not to use accounts and passwords provided to log in outside the campus network. Analysis of User Views of the Climate Information System in Indonesia Faradiba, Faradiba Saputra, Hadi Climate information system farmer survey Climate information is important in decision making. Access to relevant and timely weather information is an important factor in increasing farmers' resilience to climate change. Information systems are considered essential for enhancing the ability of individuals, businesses and governments to adapt to change and climate change. Information users can use the information system to assist in making decisions about management adjustments to climate projections. Climate information should be communicated in languages understood by local farmers and linked directly to farm management decision-making processes to ensure information is timely and usable by small producers. The survey was conducted on the user's level of trust in the climate information system issued by the BMKG. No less than 59 respondents stated that the climate information obtained was very good, accurate and timely, received late, difficult to understand, diverse climate information did not reach all sectors. In order to remain productive in running the agricultural industry, accurate information is needed so that users can make optimal use of it. By knowing climate information, climate risks can be minimized. Pilot Study on User Experience Analysis of Universitas Indonesia Library Website Prasetya, Yulistiana Rahmi, Rahmi Human Computer Interaction (HCI) HCI Design and Evaluation Methods User Experience Information Architecture Universitas Indonesia Library Website User experience is an essential component in website development where information architecture needs to be considered. Information architecture can help make it easier for users to find what they are looking for and need on a website. In providing the information needed by users, Universitas Indonesia (UI) Library needs to analyse the relationship between user experience and user perceptions of information architecture. This research uses the Post-study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ), Usability Metric for User Experience (UMUX), Standardized User Experience Percentile Rank Questionnaire (SUPR-Q), and Library Search UX instruments and received responses from 127 UI students. The results showed that library search, system capability, website navigation, trust, loyalty, and user interface significantly affect user perceptions of the information architecture of the Universitas Indonesia Library website. Additionally, information quality, interface quality, and system quality do not significantly affect user perceptions of the information architecture of the Universitas Indonesia Library website. This research is useful for further development of the UI Library website. So this paper aims to provide an overview as a basic guideline that can be used in conducting library research in the field of education in conducting further research. The Snakes and Ladders Game as Indonesian Cultural Literacy for Students Atmi, Ragil Tri Luthfiah, Dinda Indonesian culture literacy snakes and ladders traditional games Literasi Knowledge of Indonesian culture among students at SDN Mojo III Surabaya needs to be increased, so that this knowledge is easily accepted, the library uses an approach through traditional games. The game of snakes and ladders inserts images of Indonesian cultural characteristics, this is intended for students to know, understand, and appreciate Indonesian culture. The methods used include the preparation stage, making the game technically, implementing activities, results, and evaluating. The results obtained after implementing the game are proven to be able to increase Indonesian cultural literacy in students, this is evidenced by the ability of each student to easily understand and remember, then be able to convey it smoothly through verbal communication. The benefits are that students become more familiar with and understand the diverse Indonesian culture and provide motor skills and memory about Indonesian culture. The conclusion from this activity is that the game of snakes and ladders can increase the cultural literacy of students at SDN Mojo III Surabaya. Pembuatan Model Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pesisir Sesuai Profesi Menggunakan Pendekatan Perpustakaan Berbasis Inklusi Sosial Mardiyanto, Verry Coastal Communities Empowerment Model Social Inclusion Library This research explains the development of a model for empowering coastal communities based on their professions using a socially inclusive library approach. The case study was conducted in Banten Lama, Kota Serang, Banten Province. The objective of this research is to find an appropriate model for empowering the community, tailored to the existing professions in coastal communities. The socially inclusive library approach is employed as a means to empower the community and improve their well-being. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research, focusing on the functions and roles of libraries in increasing community engagement in terms of well-being. The findings of this research present a model for empowering coastal communities based on their respective professions. In the smallest context, the library is represented by a community reading park, which serves as an agent of change in the coastal community. The conclusion in this study is that the social inclusion-based library model is adapted to community professions adapted to the support of collaboration between regional libraries, village libraries and community reading library. Management in this case places more emphasis on increasing children's literacy in the Rejang Lebong area, constraints and efforts to increase the effectiveness of handling literacy problems in children in the Rejang Lebong area. This research uses qualitative techniques, for data collection data, including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The process of data analysis begins with data reduction, followed by polling, presentation, and drawing conclusions. By using technical triangulation and source triangulation, data validation was carried out. This study reveals that the Al-Jihad Mosque library is a source of information as well as a facilitator, mediator, and motivator as well as a non-formal educational institution. There are several limitations that become obstacles in efforts to increase literacy for children in Rejang Lebong district, including the lack of facilities, human resources, and the attention and interest of the local community. The solutions offered in reducing these obstacles include management improvements, then human resources, then infrastructure facilities, as well as the costs needed for the continuity of mosque library activities. Pengembangan Literasi Informasi Berbasis Modul untuk Siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Ramayanti, Rory Iranda, Agung Information Literacy Literation Module Literacy for Student Literacy of information is mandatory to student, teacher and librarian. There are some isues of literacy in Indonesia, such as the gap of information among regions, hoax, and unreliable source of information. Besides, the shortage of facility in library, teacher and librarian with competency to support literacy of information for student. Therefore, this research develops literation module of information in state madrasah aliyah, and senior high school. The approach of research Using research and development by conducting re-difinition, design and development. Research is made by six steps module, namely to determine isues and purpose, information acsess strategy, management of information, information usage, create product, evaluation on literacy skills. Module was validated by experts, they are the lecturers of library science, and library practitioners. Analisys using Aiken V, the results of content analysis shows that each activity between 0,66 to 1, it shows validated module with high and highest grade. Not only in terms of the progress of information systems but also a pattern of communication and information delivery. Instagram is one of the most popular social media for millennials. This is what makes the UIN Sunan Kalijaga library actively use Instagram as a more effective medium for conveying information. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of social media Instagram in increasing interest in visiting the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta library. The researcher uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explain the role of social media Instagram in increasing the interest of visiting users by analyzing posts on Instagram. The results show that the Instagram social media of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga library has several roles and objectives, namely 1) to inform, 2) to persuade, 3) to influence, 4) to educate, and 5) to entertain. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that social media Instagram provides many roles for libraries to encourage interest in visiting users and utilizing library services. Persebaran Subjek Artikel-Artikel Jurnal Tik Ilmeu 2017-2022 Syarifudin, Faisal Tik Ilmeu journal subject dispersion JITA classification This study aims to discover subject dispersion of Tik Ilmeu journal articles. Research data were generated from 86 articles of 2017-2022 publication. The subjects were assigned through analysis of the titles, abstracts and keywords. Subjects were grouped according to the JITA Classification System of Library and Information Science. During six years publication, subjects that received high attention, namely Information sources, supports, channels 15 times (17%), followed by  Users, literacy and reading 14 times (16%), then by Information technology & library technology 13 times (15%). Information treatment for information services published 3 times (4%), Theoretical and general aspects of lib & Info, and Industry, profession and education, both 4 times (5%), Publishing and legal issues and Housing technologies only 1 (1%) in the same period. Both subjects were ignored by the authors for 5 years. From year to year, Information sources, supports, channels was consistently represented and get the most attention. Information technology & library technology, despite their high percentage, was not represented in the first year. Kemampuan Literasi Digital Orang Tua Dalam Mengasuh Anak: Studi Kasus Di Desa Curug, Gunung Sindur, Bogor Hidayat, Parhan Islamic parenting digital parenting digital literacy This research aims to find out parents' abilities in Islamic parenting,  their digital literacy skills, and whether there is an influence of Islamic parenting skills on parents' digital parenting skills. This research was carried out with a quantitative approach using simple regression analysis. Respondents in this study totaled 58 people. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique where the respondents selected were parents who met 2 main criteria. First, parents already have children who are at least 3 years old and above. Second, parents have the ability to use cell phones or other gadgets to access the internet. The research results show that parents' abilities in Islamic parenting are very high, reaching a score of 3.34. Likewise, in terms of digital parenting, parents' abilities are also quite high because they reach a score of 3.1. Then regarding the question of whether there is an influence of Islamic parenting skills on digital parenting, the answer is that there is a very significant influence, namely 0.81344502 from the results of using the Pearson product-moment formula. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a bibliometric measurement method using the zipf theorem. The object is the undergraduate student thesis of the Department of Civil Law, Faculty of Law, University of Sriwijaya from 2018 to 2022 as many as 60 thesis abstracts. The research sample is the entire research object. The results of the research apply the use of the zipf argument as a method for determining keywords in the thesis abstracts of the civil law study program, Faculty of Law, Sriwijaya University, 2018-2022. Keywords as a result of zipf ranking are then compared with the author's keywords to obtain the level of relevance of these keywords. From the calculation of the relevance, it can be said that indexing through Zipf's law shows a high level of marginal relevance when equated with the relevant level and irrelevant index results. A library must pay attention to the interior design of the library because this can support the literacy skills of users, one of which is children. Library interior design is a way of arranging the interior layout of a library building, which functions as a container for all activities and activities in the library by creating a comfortable and safe atmosphere and image of the space by paying attention to the needs of the individuals in it without neglecting aesthetic factors. Relasi Kuasa Dalam Akreditasi Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi Unyil, Unyil Sri Rohyanti Zulaikha, Sri Rohyanti Zulaikha Power Relations Accreditation College Libraries This study aims to describe the power relations of Michel Foucault in the accreditation of higher education libraries in Indonesia. Given the large role of the higher education library in supporting the implementation of education in the tertiary institution itself, accreditation as a formal recognition of quality assurance or the fulfillment of quality standards in implementation needs to be questioned. The data proves that from 2,057 university libraries in Indonesia, 722 have just been accredited, so the researchers tried to conduct a study by looking at Foucault's power relations in accrediting university libraries. The method used in this research is exploratory descriptive method. The results of this study convey that the accreditation of higher education libraries has Foucault's theory of power relations. This can have an impact on the organizational structure of the library manager in implementing and managing the library. The organizers and managers in question are the implementation and management as mandated by Law no. 43 of 2007 and PP no. 24 of 2014 and SNP no. 13 of 2017 which meets library standards, but it needs to be understood that Foucault's theory of power relations only gives to anyone freely, whether it's the power of one's own will or power over one's position and whether the effect is good or bad depends on the person who uses that power himself. The wider the intellectual capital owned, the more information that can be disseminated. Intellectual capital consists of human capital, structural capital, and relational capital. The librarian is the actor who disseminates information in the Elementary School Library, the information that is disseminated should be correct and can be accounted for. This study aims to identify the role of intellectual capital for librarians in disclosing information in elementary school libraries. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Selection of informants using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods in this study were interviews and observation. The results showed that librarians' intellectual capital consisting of human capital, structural capital, and relational capital played a role in disseminating information in the SDIA 61 library. Service Analysis at the Habiburrahman Grand Mosque Library Indonesian Aerospace Hanifatunnisa, Najwa Auliana Sukaesih, Sukaesih Sujana, Lusi Romaddyniah Library services Special Library Mosque Library This study aims to (1) determine the types of user services available at the Habiburrahman Grand Mosque Library Indonesian Aerospace (2) to find out the service system adopted by the Habiburrahman Grand Mosque Library Indonesian Aerospace (3) to find out the procedures for registering new members and the rules imposed in the Library of the Great Mosque of Habiburrahman Indonesian Aerospace. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques such as literature studies, interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study show that the Habiburrahman Grand Mosque Library Indonesian Aerospace has 8 types of user services, including user education services and information literacy training, reading rooms, circulation of library materials, references, photocopies, literature searches, online catalogs, and audiovisual (AV) collections. The library service system is mixed or mixed access. For visitors who want to get these various services, especially circulation services, then they need to register themselves first as members. The member registration procedure begins with preparing certain requirements, then filling out the form as well as paying the member's dues fee. Meanwhile, there are also 8 unwritten regulations stipulated as rules in the Library of the Great Mosque of Habiburrahman Indonesian Aerospace. An interesting finding lies in the architectural design that presents the typical nuances of the Indonesian ancient mosque. Implementation of School Digital Libraries in Indonesia: A Systematic Review Devi, Katrin Setio Mazidah, Zahrina Roseliana Nurkamilah, Siti Kurniasih, Iridayanti Ilmi, Bachrul Saefullah, Rahmat Setiawan Nurlistiani, Nurlistiani The purpose of this research is to identify the implementation of digital school libraries in Indonesia along with the obstacles in their implementation. This study used a systematic review method with planning, execution, and reporting stages. The databases used in this research were Google Scholar and Portal Garuda with a publication limit of the last 10 years (2013-2023). The search yielded a total of 169 articles. After the elimination process, a total of 9 articles were analyzed in this study. The results show that the majority of library implementations in Indonesia use web-based platforms with digital collection borrowing services obtained from free sources or the government. The obstacles in implementing digital libraries include limited budget, competent human resources, infrastructure, and digital library networking. Nailah Hanum Library Librarian Competency Digital Services One of the determining factors in efforts to improve the quality of service in university libraries is to increase the competence of librarians. The digital era has changed the role of the library which has an impact on service changes. Accordingly, this study analyzes the competency of librarians in supporting library services at the Library of Islamic State of Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung using American Library Association (ALA) standards. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative with a case study model where researchers observe and examine documents and gather information by interviewing librarians, heads of libraries, heads of administration and staffing bureaus, and users consisting of lecturers and student. The results of the analysis show that the competence of librarians is still limited to managing printed collections. This study aims to examine the phenomenon of institutional cooperation in the information field at the Hatta Proclamation Library in Bukittinggi City. The research methods used were direct interviews with related parties and primary data collection. The results of this study will provide a detailed picture of the collaboration carried out by UPT Proclamation Library Hatta with information institutions. Based on this research, it can be concluded that institutional cooperation in the field of information at the Hatta Proclamation Library in Bukittinggi City has been carried out through collaboration with other information institutions. This collaboration is carried out with the aim of helping others and achieving specified goals. Descriptive qualitative research methods are used to examine this phenomenon of cooperation holistically and describe the characteristics of the activities carried out. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of institutional cooperation in the field of information. Evaluasi Desain User Interface Berdasarkan User Experience Pada Aplikasi Perpustakaan Digital Isleman Sari, Kartika Puspita Zulaikha, Sri Rohyanti Mubarokah, Adzkiyah User Interface Design User Experience Isleman Research related to evaluation of user interface design based on user experience in Isleman Digital Library Application aims to evaluate the user interface design of Isleman digital library application based on user experience. A qualitative approach is used as a research method, the collection of material through interviews, observation and analysis of related documentation. The results showed that the user interface design of the Isleman digital library application received positive responses from users. They find the design intuitive, easy to use, and present information clearly. Users also appreciate the program's clean layout and easy navigation, which allows them to easily find and access the library resources they need. Features such as efficient search, responsive display, and integration with other library management systems have also received positive reviews from users. These features are designed to improve usability and help users find and manage library materials more efficiently. However, some users provided feedback on minor improvements to the UI design, such as improved icon appearance and text clarity in some parts of the app. Based on the results of this study, several corrective steps are suggested to improve the user experience of the Isleman digital library application. These steps include visual enhancements, clarifying text and instructions, and changing the layout to make it more responsive and user-friendly. This research makes a major contribution to understanding the user's perspective on the user interface design of Isleman's digital library and provides recommendations for improvements that can be applied to improve the overall user experience. Distribution of Scientific paper from Sulawesi Island State Universities on Social Media Using an Almetric Approach Awalya, Misrha Tul Ibrahim, Cecep Jaya, Asrul Masrul, Masrul Altmetrics Social media Sulawesi Island state university Altmetric is metrics and data information to measure the interaction of scientific paper on social media through the data obtained. This study examines the distribution of scientific papers of Sulawesi island state universities on social media. This study uses a quantitative descriptive. The stages of this research consist of problem identification, data collection, data pre-processing, altmetrics approach analysis and discussion results. This research was conducted online by taking data in the form of scientific paper citation data including keywords affiliated with the Sulawesi Island state university and the year being limited from 2020-2022, while social media data was obtained from Altmetrics.com by extracting DOIs from every scientific publication on Scopus. com. The social media that are the focus of this research are Twitter, Facebook, Blog, and Mendeley. The results of this research show that the distribution of scientific papers of state universities on the island of Sulawesi on social media is Mendeley with a total of 15,378 Readers, Twitter with 3,124 Mentions, Blogs with 77 Posted and Facebook with 30 Shared. These results show that apart from being popular on academic platforms or international journals (Scopus), the public universities on the island of Sulawesi are also popular on Mendeley's social media platforms, Twitter, Blogs, Facebook.. Children's Literacy Activities as a Realization of the School Library Revitalization Program at SDN 1 Moyoketen, Tulungagung Regency Srirahayu, Dyah Puspitasari Anugrah, Esti Putri Currently, the use of devices in children is increasing, accompanied by a decrease in literacy rates. From the results of the study, the level of literacy in children is quite low. To increase interest in reading in children not only requires the role of parents, but the place where they go to school also takes an important role in improving children's literacy. Low literacy of children can be overcome by carrying out various activities regarding literacy itself. Another alternative that can be done is to hold a literacy program in the school library. It aims to assist children in improving and growing their reading literacy as well as the realization of revitalization. This activity took place from July to August at SDN 1 Moyoketen. Analisis Ketersediaan Koleksi Buku Perpustakaan Menggunakan Bibliometrik Yasmidar, Nicky Aliwijaya, Araf perpustakaan pengembangan koleksi bibliometrik sitasi repositori skripsi Books are one of the main collections served by libraries. There are books that are often used as reference material, but there are also books that are used sparingly. On the other hand, there are books that are used as references by users that have not been provided by the library. This research aims to see the availability of book collections based on the number of student thesis citations. This research uses a quantitative approach with bibliometric methods. The main data for this research are citations from student theses from the Universitas Medan Area communication science study program for 2020-2022. The data collected is in the form of a list of citations contained in the thesis. Search, collection and filtering of thesis citation data was carried out. After filtering, the data was tabulated using Ms. Excel will then be compared with the availability of the UMA Library collection via the library's OPAC. The number of book citations contained in communication science students' theses for 2020-2022 in the UMA repository has reached 1,928. Measurements were carried out to evaluate the availability of book collections in the library and provide 44 recommendations for book procurement as improvement steps. Bibliometrics can be used as a tool to measure the usefulness of collections and provide recommendations for the procurement of library collections. However, research involving more research report and study program is expected to produce more comprehensive recommendations. The tasks and roles of educators can be achieved well if educators have qualified information needs. This research focuses on the information needs of educators in educating dyslexic students. The purpose of this study was to determine the information needs of educators in dyslexic children at SLB Amal Mulia Yayasan Dharma Bhakti Social Welfare Bengkulu City in the learning process. The qualitative method is descriptive and has 3 information as data sources, observation interview techniques and documentation. The results showed in terms of psychological needs, affective needs, cognitive needs where all aspects of educators have implemented well, but there is still a need for further development in accessing information needs. The information needs of SLB Amal Mulia educators, Yayasan Dharma Bhakti Social Welfare Bengkulu City, have good enough knowledge in educating dyslexic students even though they do not have basic skills as special educators. This can be seen from the ability of educators to access information needs, evaluate information needs and use information as well as possible to educate dyslexic students in the teaching and learning process to run effectively and efficiently. The aim of this writing is to narrate the repackaging of information in the form of scientific writing so that the overall aim of the essay is to support scientific search, learning and research. Repackaging information in the Yogyakarta Respati University Library is important in providing fast and efficient access. With the display provided, users are directed to log in with the previously registered username and password, and after that, they can enter keywords to explore the diverse collection of essays. Librarians have also posted the website address on the library desk to make it easier for users to access information. Although the Essay has several limitations, such as limited coverage and restrictions in subject matter, this resource still plays an important role in supporting research and scientific development in the university environment. Overall, repackage this information into a tool that advances scientific pursuits and makes it easier for users to pursue necessary knowledge.
