Al-Istinbath: Jurnal Hukum Islam is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by Institut Agama Islam Negeri Curup, Bengkulu, Indonesia. The journal is aimed at spreading the research results conducted by researchers, academicians, and practitioners in the field of Islamic Law. The articles of this journal are published bi-annually; May and November.
Al-Istinbath: Jurnal Hukum Islam has been accredited by the Decree of the General Director of Strengthening Research and Development, Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia.

Al-Istinbath: Jurnal hukum Islam provides scientific manuscripts of research results in the field of Islamic Law. This issue has been available online since 31th May 2026. All articles in this issue (20 original research articles) were authored/co-authored by 88 authors from 53 affiliations, and 11 countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Brunei Darussalam, Australia, Iraq, Turkey, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Singapore, Canada).
