Al-Istinbath : Jurnal Hukum Islam

Al-Istinbath: Jurnal Hukum Islam, is a journal that focuses on the study of Islamic law and aims to accommodate and socialize innovative and creative ideas from researchers, academics, and practitioners who have concerns in the field of Islamic Law. Al-Istinbath Journal is published twice a year every May and November. This Journal is published by Institut Agama Islam Negeri Curup, online. The Editorial Board invites scientists, academics, professionals, and researchers in the discipline of Islamic law to publish their research results after going through the process of manuscript selection, double-blind peer-review, and editing.
